Daniel is passionate about supporting children, young adults, and couples as they navigate trauma, eating disorders, depression, and relationship challenges. His therapeutic style is calm and laid back, allowing clients to take the lead while he walks alongside them through each step of their healing process. Daniel believes that every person has the capacity to build a meaningful, fulfilling life, and he works to create a space where clients feel safe exploring their experiences, emotions, and goals.
Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), play therapy, and expressive arts therapy, Daniel helps clients develop flexibility, self-compassion, and deeper connection in their relationships. His approach is grounded in authenticity, creativity, and meeting clients exactly where they are.
Daniel earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Utah Valley University and his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. He also spent two years as a Crisis Counselor with the Utah 988 Suicide Hotline, where he supported individuals facing intense emotional distress and life-threatening situations. This work strengthened his commitment to helping people feel seen, understood, and supported during their hardest moments. Outside of the therapy room, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife and their three little girls. He loves running, playing guitar and clarinet, and unwinding with a good video game when he has the chance.
