Tyfani believes that healing begins when people feel truly heard, supported, and empowered in a safe and compassionate environment. As a Certified Social Worker, she is dedicated to helping individuals, couples, children, teens, and families navigate life’s challenges with empathy, curiosity, and courage.
Her approach to therapy is grounded in respect for the complex systems—family, community, mind, and body—that shape each person’s story. Using a strength-based and culturally sensitive framework, Tyfani collaborates with clients to discover solutions that align with their individuality, relationships, and environment.
Trained in Play Therapy and the Kaimana Program—an evidence-based approach designed to support Pacific Islander and communal communities—Tyfani values cultural awareness and inclusivity in all aspects of her work. She also brings deep experience supporting adoption from the perspectives of the child, parent, and extended family, and provides compassionate care for postpartum transitions and maternal mental health.
A supervisor once described her as “compassionate, empathetic, and undaunted,” qualities she strives to embody in every session. Guided by the heart of a grandmother, she walks alongside her clients as they heal, strengthen resilience, and rediscover joy.
Please note that Tyfani currently has limited availability for new clients.
