Kyle Tew, LMFT
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
I am passionate about helping people find solutions to the things they are struggling with and to have a safe place to share. I believe that the best way to take on life’s challenges is by developing skills that help us overcome obstacles between us and our goals. I help clients simultaneously develop confidence in who they currently are, while supporting them as they make big changes to improve their lives.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) to treat anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I work with both adults and teens.
As a therapist I’ve worked in community mental health centers and private practice over the past decade. In addition to working as a therapist, I have spent the last 17 years working in internal and external consultant roles helping companies understand how they could become more profitable by taking better care of their employees and customers.
I enjoy learning and building things. Since converting a sprinter van several years ago I’ve spent most of my free time traveling to explore, climb, and canyoneering. I’ve visited every state and territory, and I’m currently working on trips to every country in the Americas.
