About Tracie

Tracie knows that relationships can be sources of our greatest joys and greatest heartbreaks; our deepest sorrows, and our most profound support. As such, she is deeply committed to helping individuals, couples, and families to establish and maintain healthy connections to themselves and others through congruity and compassion. She finds great satisfaction in helping clients to discover their potential and to live authentic, meaningful lives.

Tracie received her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at UVU. She is trained in EMDR, a highly effective trauma therapy, and has advanced training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT). Tracie feels it a sacred privilege to help individuals and couples find healing and overcome trauma. Her empathy and compassion well suit her for working with clients struggling with grief and loss. She also has clinical experience working with families and adolescents in a wilderness rehabilitation program, individuals and couples in addiction recovery, and premarital couples seeking to strengthen their relationships and prepare for the transition to marriage.

As a Certified Family Life Educator (CFLE), Tracie has provided meaningful parenting education to families in the community through the Stronger Families Project and currently works as an adjunct instructor at Utah Valley University where she has taught Human Development Across the Lifespan and currently teaches classes in Marriage and Relationship Skills.

She loves learning, traveling, reading, and enjoying the rich beauties of nature, but she most enjoys spending time with her amazing husband of over 30 years and their five fabulous children.
